Goat Yoga is designed to be beginner-friendly and chair yoga friendly, so whether you’re brand new or just looking to relax, you’ll fit right in. Our certified instructor will guide you through a gentle, easy-to-follow session.
Now… let’s be honest—
if you get a little distracted by goats climbing, snuggling, or demanding attention… we won’t take it personally. That’s part of the experience.
This is your chance to de-stress, laugh, and reconnect with nature in a way that’s anything but ordinary.

Your ticket includes full access to our Goat Yoga experience at the farm. Enjoy a beginner-friendly, guided yoga session led by a certified instructor—while our friendly goats roam, interact, and (very likely) steal the spotlight.
